~Terra Mi' was founded by Rocchetta Galifi, a Certified Aromatherapist, Coaching Professional, and Senior Operations expert, with a vision to bring relief and hope to those struggling with stress and anxiety.
During the uncertainty and turbulence of the pandemic, Rocchetta became acutely aware of how widespread anxiety had become. She saw friends, colleagues, and loved ones grappling with sleepless nights, emotional exhaustion, and burnout—an experience she deeply understood. Determined to find a way to help others, she embarked on a personal journey of healing and discovery.
A pivotal moment came during her travels in Asia, where she met a spiritual yogi who introduced her to the transformative power of essential oils. The practice of aromatherapy became a lifeline, helping her manage stress and regain balance in her life. This profound experience inspired Rocchetta to delve deeper into the science and art of essential oils, earning her certification as an aromatherapist and using her knowledge to help others.
Out of this journey, ~Terra Mí was born—a brand rooted in the belief that natural, holistic practices can foster resilience and well-being, even in the most challenging circumstances.
Rocchetta’s mission is to make aromatherapy accessible to those experiencing high levels of stress and burnout, empowering them to reclaim their mental and emotional health.
Now partnering with her other half, Ore Ajakaiye (qualified coach, psychologist, and founder of The Fierce Feminine Rising Podcast), they are able to combine their expertise to create workplace wellbeing solutions that actually work.
